mod: everyone replaced wallballs for squat balls, did K2E instead of TTB (regret that!), double tabs instead of DUs.
Practiced DUs post WOD as I get nervous during. I’m slowly progressing into my 2016 goal of 15 in a row. (I am at 13 in a row now). more practice post WODs should get me there!! I hope.

both times, did GHD back extensions and wallballs (as prescribed). Only mod was K2C.
Today was probably an improvement since wallballs wouldn’t take me an extra 2 min.

Strict knees to chest (for ttb) because kipping was bothering my back. After 15 knee ups, switched to sit-ups.
Faster than all my previous Filthy 50 times, but good mornings are SO much easier than back extensions. And ball squats for wall balls. But always fun to get after. Everyone loves a chipper!!
