Rest :30 between efforts
A really fun conditioning ladder piece today – choose a machine and get to work! The flow of this one is 3 calories, rest :30, 6 cals, rest :30, 9 cals, rest :30, etc. You’ll be able to push the machine for the first few rounds, but then the :30 will force you to pace your following rounds and work more aerobically for 25 minutes or so, It’ll be helpful to have a goal pace in mind that you’d like to hold, and see if you can keep it the whole time!
