WOD Guidance
Super fun parter workout today!! First person will chip away at 200m while parter is holding plank, then they will switch. Opposite parter will work for 200m while other is resting. We will continue this sequence for a full 6 rounds.  The longest we should be holding our plank should be :90, if 600m is going to take longer than that we can scale to a distance that allows a sub 1:30 pace.
