Workout Guidance:
Today we have a variation of another Hero Workout “Michael”. This workout is a massive challenge both cardiovascularly and midline wise. 1.5 miles of running, and 150 reps each of a good morning and sit up makes this one quite the challenge despite the simple nature. We’re going to want to pace this one from the start and then try to finish strong on the last round.
