Workout Guidance:
Today we have a fun workout of some increasing distance runs, and simple gymnastics. Simple, however, doesn’t necessarily mean easy. These push up and squat sets are large enough to tax your musculature each round, so breaking push ups up smart and moving smoothly on the air squats may be a good idea on a longer workout like this one.
