Workout Guidance:
Another CrossFit benchmark workout – a fun variation on Cindy! The goal here is to complete each round within the minute. This will be very challenging to even our most skilled ninjas, so consider adjusting reps, primarily for the push ups where muscle endurance becomes a factor.
