The workout starts on the row. On the minute you will get off and complete kettlebell swing(s). The kettlebell swings will go up in reps each minute. Minute 1, 1 kettlebell swing, minute 2, 2 kettlebell swings, minute 3, 3 kettlebell swings..etc. Light weight on the kettlebell to keep the intensity up! The workout is completed when the row is finished.
