1 min Plank (If you cannot achieve a 1 min plank fresh consider bringing time domain down for workout)
1 min Wall Sit (If you cannot achieve a 1 min wall sit fresh consider bringing time domain down for workout)

WOD Modifications
Reps/ # of Cals, :45 any Cardio
Wall Sit – Active Squat Hold, Glute Bridge Hold
Plank – Reduce time to :30 Plank
