When and how did you get started with CrossFit?
About 10 years ago when I was living in Charlestown and a CrossFit gym opened down the road.

Favorite workout?
Fight Gone Bad

Least favorite workout?
Anything with overhead squats!

What’s the wallpaper on your phone right now?
A picture of my husband and me from the wedding (no surprise there).

Favorite “cheat” meal?
Pizza

If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
Probably a cheetah, they’re cool looking, fast and can outsmart a lion!

What is one interesting fact that we may not know about you?
I successfully stalked Justin Timberlake and then froze like a deer in headlights as he walked by me.

Workout Guidance:
Some simple running again today, just focusing on some pacing. If you’d like to swap in a machine, you absolutely can – think 1000/800m row or ski, and 2000/1600m bike erg. These should be at a continuous pace and allow for :45-1:15 rest before beginning the next round.
