Today we have some ski and burpee box jump over intervals. The goal here is to have roughly 1:00+ on the max calories of skiing, and try to match or beat the 15/10 we did at the start of each round. Push the pace here, and choose a box height that allows you to comfortable and confidently jump up and over your box.
