Today is as much a mental toughness day as it is a physical conditioning day. Push the burpees HARD. and then give what you have left on the machine. We want to have roughly :45-:60 on the machine, so pick a number of burpees that you can SEND and then maximize your time on the machine. This one will feel like 3 rounds is enough…..so the extra two are just bonus fitness!
