While we’re entirely doing weightlifting today, this is as much a conditioning test as it is a strength test. We should pick a weight initially that allows us to go unbroken comfortably, and slowly ramp up so that we’re able to continue going unbroken throughout. For most of us, this is going to mean going lighter than we think we should and making conservative jumps as we increase load
