Workout Guidance:
Some more capacity building! This time, we’re using all 3 machines and getting after it! We want at least :45 on the ski erg to get to work, so adjust calorie numbers on one or both machines prior to allow this to happen. You’ll have to push the pace on the bike and row, but then once you get to the ski, let it rip!
