Just about as classic CrossFit as you can get. 5k run has been the most programmed workout on CrossFit.com since the website launched in 2002. This type of workout is integral to improving our aerobic capacity, and acts as a good benchmark for aerobic fitness. Settle in to a pace from the start, and then push on the last mile to finish strong!
