10 Deadlifts @ 315/225
Today is a big time grind featuring a heavier deadlift. Our deadlift weight today should be the heaviest deadlift weight that we would consider lifting in a workout. If we were fresh, we could do about 5 reps unbroken. Inside the workout, we’ll be doing sets of 3, 2, or 1 in order to complete our ten reps. Our 400m runs should take us around 2 minutes each round, and our sit-ups are essentially the one chance that we’re giving our upper and lower bodies to rest. Overall let’s shoot for four rounds given time to transition and all of our different stations.
