Workout Guidance:
Finishing out the week with a running and midline challenge. Moderate distance runs paired with a midline movement that works the hip in both flexion and extension. The deadlift loading should be something that we can do 10 reps unbroken with each time. Run pace should be consistent and this workout should just feel smooth.
