Workout Guidance:
Closing out the week with a longer grind of a workout. Everything here should be smooth and allow for a continuous pace throughout your 20 minutes. Choose a barbell loading where you can move from unbroken cleans into unbroken lunges. This will be pretty leggy, so make sure you take a bit of time on the wall walks to give your legs a break. Slow and steady wins the race on this one!
