Workout Guidance:
Today we have a fun chipper in a team of 3! Plenty of barbell that looks intimidating, but when split between 3 teammates, the overall volume is not to be feared. Choose a loading that suits all 3 team members – even if that means a bit of compromise – and get after it! The deadlift loading should be relatively light, and the cleans/push press/thruster should all be in the moderate range. Have a strategy going in to this one and communicate with your homies! Let’s close out the week strong!
