Workout Guidance:
Today we have a fun way to do 20 rope climbs for time – add some swings and burpees. KB swing loading should allow for unbroken sets, and will add a bit of spice to the grip. Focus on a big knee raise to bring the knees up for the rope climb to minimize arm work, and work on moving smooth through this one!
