Workout Guidance:
This is another fun benchmark workout, 500 reps total today, so plenty of work to be done. Most of these movements will be at a cruising pace, so don’t go too bonkers. Also, this workout is not one to scale up – don’t sub regular pull ups for jumping pull ups, do the jumping pull ups and go faster and unbroken for an extra challenge.
