“I’m excited to rejoin the TILT staff as a Coach.  I’ve been involved in CrossFit since 2005 in a number of ways.  I own CrossFit Pallas in Ithaca, NY, am on CrossFit Gymnastics Staff and Power Monkey Camp Staff, and am a USAW Level 1 coach. I coach because it’s something I’m truly passionate about, and am excited to bring that to the TILT community.  I look forward to meeting everyone!”
