A lot of shoulder endurance this morning. Fight gone bad style today when we are looking for max reps with in the minute. Try to move consistently through the 1 minute of work. Stick with fast singles on the barbell. This should be something we could do a few sets of touch and go reps, but for today fast singles is the way to go.
