Grippy workout today! We will either be hanging onto a bar of rope for the entire workout. Bodyweight deadlift should be something we can cycle for multiple reps. For this workout I would recommend breaking the deadlifts into manageable sets, in order to keep our grip fresh to focus on the rope climbs.
