Workout Guidance:
Today we have a long grind of a workout that will be a major mental challenge. The mile run is simple enough, but then we get to the single arm devil’s press. You’re going to have to dig in here and keep moving. The load of the DB should be moderate and allow for consistent movement, and once you’re in the second round, time to hit the gas and see what you’ve got!
