Lots of CTM today – heavy single snatch to 85#; tempo snatch dl @ 65#; 10-8-6-4-2 box squats from 85#-125#; gymnastics banded strict c2b, GHD, banded strict hspu. Phew! Knee is feeling better knock wood.
