Wod Guidance
Build to a heavy 1 rep on the squat clean. It is not meant to be a 1 rep max lift. It should feel heavy but look good when executing the clean. For the AMRAP10, the squat cleans will most likely be quick singles but a weight you could do nine reps touch and go when fresh. Break up your push ups from the start.
