Going to work off the weekend today! Find a weight on the wall balls you can do all sets without putting it down and a height on the box jump you can jump to or step up. Kettlebell weight should be one you can do twenty reps without putting down for the swings and goblet squats. Chip away at those burpees to the finish line!
