Going to work off the weekend today! Find a weight on the wall balls you can do all sets without putting it down and a height on the box jump you can jump to or step up. Kettlebell weight should be one you can do twenty reps without putting down for the swings and goblet squats. Chip away at those burpees to the finish line!

20# WB, 20″ box jumps, 35# KB, modded goblet squats to 50 each round and burpees to 50
burnt out my grip doing 25/25 for the KB swings and then just couldn’t hang on for squats. 5 minute time domain for burpees ended up not being many burpees so I just kept going to 50.
Way to just grind through this workout. Not easy! Love that mental toughness
