15 Thrusters @ 95/65 or 10 Thrusters @ 135/95
15 Pull-ups or 5 Bar Muscle Ups

The thruster is to be a weight you can do unbroken each round. Push the runs. If you are doing pull ups, break into no more than two sets. If you are doing bar muscle ups, find a rep option where you can complete them without coming off the bar. Modify accordingly so you have enough rest to hit each round with intensity.
