This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

42 minutes- best case. I lost track of rounds. Maybe it should have been 3 or 4 minutes longer.
I was tired either way (vs. 47 mins the year before.)
1st run was 5:45
Ripped my hand in round 8
Stopped. Washed my hands, went to my bag and put on grips. Then completed the workout. 50 minutes. No idea how much time I lost. Maybe 6 to 8 minutes. Last year was 43:26.
Lesson learned. Wear grips when doing pull up.

Push ups: each round roughly 5 on floor then used 20″ box for remainder
Last time: Ran the miles but split the other stuff with RR & 20in for all PU, then decided to finish on own and lost track. No idea what time was.
