Jump feet in step back for toes to hands, unbroken on shoulder taps, keep moving on sit-ups (they catch up!), moved on air squats, broke pushups into sets of 5 reps.
Modify volume if need to.

Broke pushups up in 5s until around 85, then 4-1 then 3s and 2s. The pushups took me 6 min total, started out doing 20/min then slowed down.
I kept moving on the rest. I really love these bodyweight workouts!
