WOD Guidance
Keep moving on air squats and hold on for dumbbell snatches. Break up push ups into two sets early to keep moving at a faster pace.

WOD Modifications
Dumbbell/Odd Object Clean or deadlift
Push Ups to an elevated surface or from knees
