Today we have an amazing running + power clean workout. This one should use a loading that when fresh, you could do 3-6 reps unbroken, but during the workout, quick singles is likely the best choice to keep your speed up on the run. Keep moving at a quick but steady pace on this one, and really try to finish the last run strong! If there’s one thing we know, it’s that you can always run faster…..
