25 Ft Handstand Walk
Today we have a fun gymnastics focused workout that will challenge your upper body endurance. Some strict pull ups and handstand walking make for a nice push / pull combo. Choose a pull up variation that will allow you to finish each set of pull ups ideally unbroken, but no more than two sets. While we’re upside down, make sure we’re continuing to press through the arms to create and active shoulder to keep ourselves stable.
