Workout Guidance:
Today we have a two part adventure to kick off the week – featuring everyone’s favorite movement! The heavy piece beforehad should land you at a heavy single thruster for the day, and the conditioning piece should be 2 fast 2 furious. Choose a thruster load that is light and will allow for unbroken sets each round, and a box height that you’re comfortable jumping on with some fatigued legs. This one will feel fast, but those 7 minutes may move along like microwave minutes…..
