Deadlift 3×5
Bench Press 3×5
Weighted Pull-up 3×5

Workout Guidance:
Today we have a fun heavy day with multiple lifts. Each movement is going to be 3 sets of 5 reps, and each set should be heavy! What better way to start the week than a Meathead Monday?!
