Athlete of the Month
Congrats to Brittany Kovacs on being our Athlete of the Month for January! We asked Brittany a few questions below to get to know her a little better!

1. When did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in June 2019.

2. What is your favorite food?
Definitely cereal!

3. If you could choose a superhero power, what would it be?
The ability to breathe underwater!

4. If you won a million dollars, what would be the first thing you purchase?!
I would buy a horse stable!

5. What is your favorite activity to do outside the gym?
Hiking with my dog.

6. What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
The clean and jerk!

7. What advice would you give someone who is thinking about trying CrossFit?
Absolutely do it! I I never knew what to do at the gym. Coming to CrossFit TILT gives me a better understanding of working out properly. Everyone is so welcoming here and once you try it you won’t want to go back to your old gym routine!
