Very challenging benchmark today. Will be high heart rate from the beginning to end. We should choose a distance that will allow us to be sub 2min on every run. Wall balls should done in :90 or under. Consider breaking these early because they will affect the lungs and legs a great ideal. Making the run far more challenging if we bite off more than we can chew.
