Today we have a two part workout – two shorter AMRAPs focused on burpee cycling and on the minute barbell work. The barbell movements should be relatively quick, finishing in 10-15 seconds so you have 45-50 seconds to keep working on the burpees. A fun twist on the classic AMRAP 7 of burpees.
