3×5 Power Snatch
3×5 Squat Snatch

Workout Guidance:
Today we have a classic heavy day – focused on different parts or variations of the snatch. Each set should be challenging, and for today, all sets of 5 should be unbroken. The OHS will come from a rack, and the two snatch variations from the floor. Today’s a great day to dial in that snatch technique, so lets get after it!
