Defying all logic and reason, I went heavy and did all the c2b the day after returning from vacation.
My previous time was around 10 min, but I pr’d everything else – 30# on the front squats, 20 vs 10 c2b, and 50 dubs vs 25 + singles.
Front squats: 10;6-4;6-4
C2b: got 9 first round, then 4s, 3s, 2s and a single or 2 at the end.
Dubs- 25, then a steep downhill from there

C2B: started with 3s/2s, and last round was all singles, with giant breaks staring at the bar…. ugh.
(last time was 10ish min with 105# and pull-ups, so hard to compare)
