Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb dumbbells

NEW Kid’s Fitness Program beginning Sunday March 12th! Our Kid’s Fitness classes will be offered on Sundays from 12:30pm-1:30pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
