Workout: “Deck of Cards”
Clubs- KB Swings 53/35#
Diamonds- KB Lunges 53/35#
Spades- Sit- Ups
Hearts- Burpees
Aces- 1min Plank
Face Cards- 10 Reps
WOD Guidance: Todays workout will be done as a group. Coach will pull a card, depending on the card will determine the movement, along with number of reps. The sequence will continue until all 55 cards are pulled.
Question of the Day- “Whats your go to game at a casino?”
