It’s barbell day baby! For the strength part of today you can choose to use the same weight across or climb in weight. The goal is to hit all five reps of your five sets. The weight for the metcon should be a weight you could do unbroken for the deadlift and push press. But have a strategy and break up reps for deadlifts and push press. Modify accordingly
