Workout Guidance:
A quick little AMRAP that will definitely add up quick. Use the med ball you usually use for wall balls today, and try and hang on for all med ball cleans unbroken if you can. The toes to bar should be done in 1-2 quick sets and allow you to get right back to work on the ball. Expect rounds of this one to go fast and for the clock to move like microwave minutes….
