A heavy day with a burner to finish focused entirely on the clean. 3 different clean variations to work on, building to a heavy single for each one. After a solid heavy session, our quick burner will work on cycling a moderate load power clean and some double unders. This will be fast, so choose a loading you’ll be able to cycle for multiple reps repeatedly.
