Workout Guidance:
Another gymnastics challenge to close out the week – this time spending lots of time upside down. With the HSPU being strict, we’ll be looking for these to be a bit slower and more methodical. The rope climb should be a break between HSPU sets and allow you to move up and down the rope really smoothly for 1 rep before getting back to the wall.
