WOD Guidance
Little waterfall style strength day.  We are taking these off of the floor for our squats.  Each set is a weight we can complete unbroken.  We should be at a challenging set for each set, but our goal is to get heavier on each. With also going heavier than our last set at the same number.  For example… your second set of 10 should be heavier than what we used for your first set of 10.
