Workout Guidance:
A fun heavy day with some midline and posterior accessory today. This day is focused on building some muscle endurance in the deadlift with these higher rep sets – but that doesn’t mean go light. Each set should be challenging and have you questioning life choices around reps 7-8. The afterbash will focus on midline stability both in static and dynamic movements, and will be a fun way to build some strength!
