Workout Guidance:
Closing out the week with a heavy day. Plenty of heavy deadlifts on the menu here, and with 12 working sets, expect to be hammering some technique and warm up for this lift. The 3×3 and 4×2 can be seen as a built in “warm up” for the singles, but by no means should any of these sets be “easy” or “light”. We want all of them to be challenging and allow you to progress in load as the sets go on.
